The New York Principals' Institute is a premier two-day conference held in Albany, NY, tailored to the needs of both new and seasoned school leaders. Erica Schoff

Senior Director of Workforce Development with SUNY Polytechnic Institute

Erica Schoff is a seasoned educator and administrator with 19 years of experience in K-12 education and workforce development, specializing in aligning talent pipelines with national security and defense needs. She has led transformative initiatives like founding a P-TECH high school and expanding career-connected learning as Director of Career and Technical Education in Utica. She served as Senior Director of Academic Programs and Workforce Pipelines at Griffiss Institute, Ms. Schoff is now the  Senior Director of workforce development to launch the college's newly established workforce development division.  Read Full Bio >>

Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy

Attendee Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to admin@establishedleader.com.

  • Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to the conference start date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Cancellations received 15–29 days prior to the start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations received fewer than 14 days prior to the start date are not eligible for a refund.

  • Registrants who do not attend the conference (“no-shows”) are not eligible for refunds.

 

 

Substitution Policy

  • If a registered attendee is unable to attend, they may transfer their registration to another individual from the same organization at no additional cost.

  • Substitution requests must be submitted in writing at least 5 business days prior to the event.
